Everything was really good, had a very good stay for my birthday weekend in pod 6. The hotel was right by Luss & Loch, the shop and reception, and the shores thanks to its amazing location. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

Fine location and super clean accommodation!
The location was just perfect, right by the loch, and the caravan was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were nice, even allowing an early check-in, which I genuinely appreciated after my long trip.

A Stressful Start with Potential to Improve
The check-in process was chaotic. Thankfully, the staff tried to assist us amid the confusion. We appreciated the cozy caravan despite it not being suitable for our needs. Guests should check their confirmations carefully before arrival.

fine parks and landmarks just a stroll away from your room
We stayed for four nights in a comfortable caravan, and the proximity to scenic Luss Village Paths was perfect for our city strolls and taking in the views. We also loved how easy it was to visit Loch Lomond, just a short walk away, where we spent lovely afternoons enjoying the park views and soaking in nature.

A Vacation to Forget, Disappointment and Frustration
Check-in chaos upon arrival left us stressed after a long drive. The room was not the one we booked. We received a disabled-friendly caravan instead. Communication issues due to poor signal only added to the frustration.

The caravan was very clean, which I appreciated right away. The beds were comfortable enough. The location was ideal, especially for visiting nearby Luss and enjoying boat trips on Loch Lomond. Scenery around was fine and added to the stay. The twin room was freezing for our guest, made the first night unbearable. We managed to get the heating sorted out later, but it was a real annoyance initially. Some noise traveled between the caravans, so I struggled to sleep at times. The check-in procedure felt a bit stressful with a delayed response from staff upon arrival. The main camp shop was poorly stocked, driving to the nearest town for supplies. While we had a good time enjoying the area, the lack of adequate heating in one of the rooms and insufficient stock in the shop diminished some of the experience.
